Our specialty is the fish Barbecue, when freshly caught fish are cooked in the sunken barbecue area and served with a selection of local dishes. All food is prepared and cooked from fresh ingredients under the supervision of the resident chef who ensures that the highest standards are maintained, indeed we are so proud of our standards that we have a standing invitation for any guest to inspect the Kitchen at any time.
